• Nosema is one of the most dangerous bee diseases whose diagnosis is difficult without expert knowledge and good laboratory equipment, and therefore in many cases are diagnosed when the disease has already taken hold. The main objective of this project is to enable an early assessment of the potential contamination of bees with a web-based service that uses state-of-the-art digital image analysis methods.
